I found that using the Domino 500 ideal for aligning the wide table top boards during glue up since the rough cut wood was less than the standard 4/4 stock.  I used the Domino 700 for the leg to apron joints and my ETS 150/3 for sanding the top and my RO90 for sanding the legs and aprons.  I also cut the top profile with my PS300 Trion jigsaw.   When I get better lighting I'll take more pictures.

Gorgeous, Jack!

Did you make the chairs also?

Tom

Tom,

A long time back I took a chair building workshop with Sam Maloof and even though I had intended to build my own chairs and purchased a lot of 8/4 rosewood, I was astonished at how much waste there was in chair building.

I still have the 8/4 stock but I think I'll build something else with it.  The chairs in my dining room are black walnut purchased with the old dining room set a long time ago.

I did however get to use my T-18 and my CXS drills installing the top to the base they sure are nice.
