Discover cash back on Festool

I'm not sure if anyone else has posted this, but I got a nice surprise when I found out one of my favorite Festool vendors is part of the Home Improvement bin for Discover. This means I can get 5% back for up to $1500 worth of Festool. Not a big deal, but something is better than nothing.

I signed up online on my Discovercard account, it says for Home Improvement stores, hey $75 bucks back on $1500 (that's their max amount) is not a bad deal!!

Hmmm, I just made a purchase last week and I checked online to verify and Discover noted it was a home improvement sale. My other purchase is still pending, so it should be posted by tomorrow. I'll let you know what Discover says.

Ok.  I was looking to see if they were listed as one of the vendors in the list at the Discover site.  Did you just order directly and it showed up as a "Home Improvement" item?

Correct, I ordered online and it showed up as home improvement and it let me know I was signed up for the 5% cash back.
