[attachimg=2]I've built a version of the Festool MFT that has been seen on the internet.  It's more or less a copy of similar designs with my take on what I need.
I've been looking for the rails on the MFT table as well as the parts required to make cross-cut cuts.  Can someone provide the part #'s and a source for their purchase. I've looked at the Festool website but have been unable to find what i need.
I will add an mdf sheet with the required holes using the well know jig, making it level with the table saw for use as an outfield table.

Thanks

Hi [member=66983]GilbertV[/member]

Have you considered a tracksaw cutting station mounted on a pair of folding trestles? My tracksaw cutting station is now at the centre of my workshop.

and here is a video about making one...

check out TSO Products GRS.

May be just what you need for cross cutting and ripping

I'd probably use some 1x2 6063 extruded aluminum for an outer rim. That, or 1x3. It would depend on whether I wanted the top C-channel flush with the table's surface or below a bit. I'd probably choose to drop it so I wasn't sanding or sawing into it on the regular.

[member=66983]GilbertV[/member] sorry I can’t answer your question, (except to checkouthttps://dashboardpws.com/) I’m just interested in knowing what those big beautifully mitered pieces on the table are for.

And which lathe that is in the background?

Thanks for the responses.  I did find the dashboard site after I posted.  Although I have a Kapex, I need the ability to cut wider pieces which is why I built the table.  Planning on using either the 32" or the 55" guide fences along with the 075 track saw.
The mitered 6 x 6 are for corner braces for the timber frame porch cover on my shop.  I'm matching the 27' x 17 pavilion near it.
That's a Stubby lathe I won at the S.W.A.T  woodturning symposium a few years back.
Here's what I'm matching for the shop porch.

I used 6" x 6" x 12' stock cut to rough size using a Milwaukee 10-1/4" portable saw then final trim using the Kapex.  Scribed the 45° angle then sanded to final size using a 150 Rotex.
Currently working on planing the 4" x 8" x 10' rafters on my 20" Powermatic planer. Using a Bosch electric planer on the 8" x 8" post and on 8" x 10" beams.  All made of Coastal Doug Fir.  Will use Australian Cutek oil for finish.

Finally got the 9 - 4"×8"×10' rafters planed.  I definitely went past my 5 hr work allotment.  Sitting here in front of the fireplace recuperating with some Weller bourbon and a My Father CT edition cigar.  Really a move towards making the world right!

Hey mikev12345, just looked at their website and thinking about ordering either those or the dashboards gear.  Thanks for the input.
