If I had half a brain I would know how to add it to our website. So this was the next best way I could think of getting it out there. I made a jig for cutting Domino slots in drawer fronts during drawer construction , that can be used to easily align drawer face plates and you can readjust over and over again without drilling more holes.

Nice jig. I've been using domino slots for adjustable drawer fronts for a  long time. I do it after box assembly and just reference off edges. Depending on the type / size of drawer I frequently end up making four slots.

Your jig might make me change my method especially if I have a lot of them.

A nice design with flexibility to handle different sizes.

At the risk of over-simplication, I'd suggest making one change to the jig. It'd be pretty tiring of moving the DF back and forth for every cut in a production setting. I'd find a way to mount the DF to one end so only the drawer front gets fed into the jig, mortised, then removed and reinserted for the second mortise/slot. The image shows the concept. Of course, the actual execution or practicality of the concept needs further investigation and effort.
