Next Friday (June 20th) Ward Lumber is hosting a demo day focusing mainly on the Domino.  Rather than just join a bunch of random boards together all day I was thinking about actually building something like a table with a couple benches or a picnic table made only with dominos'.  Anyone here have any ideas on what to build or what you would want to see built???

Edited for my early morning post before my energy drink

Or a crib (UK: cot) for a baby?  Lots of vertical slats to domino.  And a frame.

Biscuits?? BISCUITS??  Blasphemy! [scared]

Make it with "DOMINOS" instead! [tongue]

Cheers,

Maybe something a little simpler than this - or not.

I think a clean simple side table or coffee table, square legs, pre tapered. stock for the skirt boards and one domino'ed drawer pre flattened and straightened. Finish cut it all to length in the demo on the Kapex and assemble dry fit with the Domino. Pre milled stock for the top maybe left a little bowed and use Dominos to bring the pieces into alignment for glue-up.
Contractors might like to see a plywood base cabinet. Components are pre-cut then assembled in the demo with the Domino.
