Domino Drawers

Sure looks like this FOG thread fell off my desk – only to be resurrected by you folks. The two tools relating to this topic and which we have since introduced and shipped around the world are:

DBF-45 BigFoot Base (SKU 61-416) for DOMIO DF 500 and 700XLhttps://tsoproducts.com/accessories/dbf-45-bigfoot-base-support-bracket-for-festool-domino/

TDS-10 Dog Stops Set (SKU 61-418)https://tsoproducts.com/accessories/tds-10-dog-stops-for-20mm-worktops/
Infinitely adjustable material stops for 20mm Workbench hole pattern

Let me know if this does not fully answer the question.

[member=61691]TSO_Products[/member] Thank you for the response Hans. In my mind and from your initial post I thought you had some sort of drawer alignment jig cooking up along the lines of a dovetail clamping jig.

When is the Big Foot coming back into stock? Last I checked the website said Feb. 15. I was making some practice domino drawers and I could see how it would be useful for vertical plunges on 1/2" stock.

[member=65062]DynaGlide[/member]  - the DBF-45 BigFoot is in the final stages of production. If you're pressed for time with your project we can find a "cosmetic defect" unit to help you out.
let me know

I made a jig for that sole purpose when I built my shop cabinet drawers. The jig look similar to Chuck link with two Bessey Clamps. I used it this week end to make some clamp racks  [big grin]

I'll put a picture tonight.

Mario

That Bessey clamp on the MFT top or on the side?

For the top they sell the Bessey STC-S-MFT in a Systainer.  [tongue]
