Nothing really spectacular here but it helped with speed and accuracy a ton. I'd made a much simpler version about a year ago when I was in a rush. I took about thirty minutes the other day to make this one, adding the adjustablity. All the stock I mill for wood framed glass shelves is the same thickness and width so there's nothing about this jig that would accomodate different thicknesses or widths. The base is a piece of 3/4" mdf with a slot cut down the middle to accept a t-bolt. I left enough room on the outside of the base so that it can be clamped to the table. The length is long enough that it will accomodate 90% of the lengths that I use. It worked great for the eight shelves I had to do for my current job.
