I suspect that if Festool holds true to their sales agreements that this offer will disappear.  Festool dealers are licensed to sell in a designated area and violations can result in revocation of their ability to sell.

Sellers like this with deals such as this happen all the time. They cant/dont control everything. Deals like this have been going on pretty consistently since I started following/buying Festool stuff. Saved me a ton of money.
How do you find these deals? This one and the current one about price changing in 2 days are the only festool deals I've seen

For me it is a simple matter of shopping, if a manufacturer sets prices whether it be Festool or anyone else I take it as a personal challenge to pay less than MSRP for the products.  I don't even dare disclose my best 3-4 sources on a forum.  In 10 years of buying Festool the only new items I have paid MSRP for are the ones I bought locally when I needed them immediately or wanted to actually play with them in person first, heck I didn't pay retail for the Pro 5s I bought.  As long as I have a computer, internet connection and the world at my fingers I will find a deal.  In reality it is not worth my time but I enjoy it and have saved at least $6K on Festool over time.
Hear hear!

Nice way to bring it to Festools radar.  I've been doing this for years.
