Domino systainer dividers

I’ve got the newer-type Domino DF500 assortment systainer, which is a SYS3 M 187.

I am looking to get a couple of extra dividers for the ‘bins’ so I can add two compartments with Sipo dominos, which I use occasionally.

I’ve looked on the spare parts catalogue but it only shows the older T-Loc II bins, which are shorter. The existing dividers have a number 10468940 on them but this doesn’t seem to exist as a spare part.

Has anyone managed to find this part?

Are you sure there is such a thing as "new bins"? From what I can see... there is just a fatter bottom in the Sys3 and a fatter top foam part. Like... in almost all Sys3: more wasted space. That is thé reason I got another assortment in Systainer + the D8 connector set before they went to Sys3

The bins should then be #700715 and the dividers #700716

Thanks for the reply. I did wonder this and did some investigating… from what I can tell it seems that the bins use up the available space in the new Systainer, and it looks like their sides have been profiled to avoid the inside bumps for the Bott rails. There doesn’t seem much packing in the lid either.

I took some photos to illustrate this. The dividers are about 118mm high. I might just call Festool as it could be that this just isn’t in the parts catalogue yet. Or maybe find some ABS plastic of the right size and use that…

The cross section of the Bott rail isn't more than that of the place needed to facilitate locking to a Systainer Classic underneath. The Systainer T-Loc bins have a similar recessed corner.

But by the looks of it... yes, they might be different. Seems total content was kept the same, but the Sys3 bins are shown with some slits close to the top edge of the walls. Those are lower on the Systainer T-Loc bins. Also looks more empty. I also have one of the earlier assortments with a simple plywood divider. There were more Dominos in the Systainer back then.

Where can I buy these dividers?
What is the name of the product? I can't find them on the Tanos or festool website.

The plywood diviver was never sold separately if I remember right. The T-Loc bins are available, but these bins for Sys³... I couldn't find them. Not when I wrote my previous post
