All,

I just got my Domino and the tenon assortment.  I have a question, I am looking at making an assortment of Sipo tenons.  I bought an empty systainer2, and Sipos in 5mm, 6mm, 8mm as a starting point.  My question is, can you buy the dividers that separate the beech tenons, to use with the Sipos?

If you have the new style with the three removable plastic bins, then yes. Here are the part number from the Domino XL thread.

700715 Container bin
700716 Partition wall dividers

These can be ordered from our service department or your dealer.

All of the tenon systainers have been transition to the same style. Same systainer, same three plastic bins, same dividers. So they are identical whether you get it with or without tenons and the same for both the DF 500 and DF 700 (XL).

There are probably still some of the previous style with the wooden dividers out there.

There is a picture on the Festool website under accessories for the domino that shows the systainer with the beech tenons and without.  The parts Shane mentioned are available ekat at $9.75 for bin and $0.38 for partition.  The systainer fits 3 bins.

Thanks! [thumbs up]

I was going to do this ... then I thought getting the SIPO's in 750mm lengths made more sense. Haven't been able to get the 750 SIPO lengths locally - may need to shop O/S online, but it seems crazy to freight boxes of wood!
