Has anyone ever had them fall off during a production run? First time I using them on 414 domino's and they kept falling off ever 2nd to 5th bore. Whata PIA and waste of time. I am not hobbiest so every minute wasted makes me scream.  What is the deal with these things? Way too flimsy for real work. This is the first time I've been let own with anything from Festool.

Thanks

Does the arm fall off the Domino or is the pin holder falling off the arm?

Sounds like you're not installing them properly.

Make sure the metal bracket is slid all the way onto the Domino fence. It should drop into a recess. Tighten the thumb nut.

Seeing as you're only having an issue with one side you may have defective cross stop.

I had/have this problem, I initially found that the locking lever didn't have enough travel to pull the wedge in tight enough, so I removed the lever and turned it back one or two splines which gave me a nice tight connection. I do still have problems with them loosening occasionally which I put down to the vibration, I now just check the tightness every so often.
