I have a brand new Domino XL and have noticed that the cutter is not cutting parallel with the board edge.  Anyone else had this issue?

The most common cause, which I posted in that other thread, is plunging too quickly. That can cause the spinning cutter to climb cut. Slow your plunge rate some and see if that helps. Keep firm pressure on the fence as well.

If you still have issues with those changes, let us know.

Thanks.

Also make sure that the pins aren't sticking out. I have had it happen that all three were out on one side and that cut didn't go so well. I always check which ones are out and if I need them for indexing.

Cheers

Also make sure you are referencing off the fence and not the surface that the workpiece is resting on.  In other words, the Domino should be touching the workpiece and nothing else.

I assume you're using in in conjunction with your CT ?? If not it can cause issues.

Thanks for the input.  I will run some more test while at the shop tomorrow.
