I am going to be building mitered bookshelf speaker boxes using 18mm baltic birch. For the curious, this the Heissmann Acoustics DXT MON-182.

I would like to use dominos at the mitre joints to help with clamping while the glue dries. Is there a possibility the domino will buzz or vibrate after it dries when the speaker is operational. I am guessing if I drench it in glue it will be fine, but figured I would ask the brain trust. Thanks.

The tenon would have to be somewhat loose to cause any buzzing and given they're generally all a fraction oversize usually, it shouldn't be a problem, especially if you glue them in as this will cause them to swell slightly more.

So short answer, without glue, no issue, with glue, still no issue but even better IMHO!
