Nice work. With a little refinement you could package this and sell it as a system for those that like to get their hands in the action and build this.
It would not take a large compressor to support this system. There is not a large volume of air being moved each time an actuator is cycled. The pressure should be low too. You don't need much to move these small actuators especially with little process pressure (or in this case vacuum) applied to the gate. You'd be surprised what 20 PSI can do depending on actuator design and size.
