Dust Collection on Rotozip?

I've been thinking about buying a Rotozip-style cut out tool. Maybe the Dewalt version.

Except, WHYYYYYY don't these tools have dust extraction built in? I know I've been spoiled by Festool, but I just don't understand it. If a tool doesn't have dust extraction built in, in my mind it just isn't a professional-grade tool. Period.

It's what, $1 worth of plastic?

Ugh.

My Roto-duster has some sort of dust port that can be attached to it.  The dust collection works really well.  However, when you're cutting drywall you get the dust kicked up by the bit during cutting, but there's a bunch left in the kerf around the piece you cut, waiting to spill out as soon as you pull the cut drywall piece out.

It's been awhile since I used mine, but I believe if you turn the machine off and leave the vacuum on, and you retrace the cut with the now stopped bit you can get that kerf dust.  There was some trick that you had to do after the cut to get most of it.
