I've been working in an antiques shop this week - full of antiques. I warned the owner about the mess, but he could not be bothered to move his stuff. I've been sawing with the TS 55 and jigsaw and sanding in there and I take my hat off to Festool. Without there equipment i would have really been in a mess
But the fittings I was making for required insetting some shelf support rails into MDF which I did in my shop. I was surprised at how much dust the OF 1400 router left in the (11mm wide 7mm) deep groove. If I passed back it sucked up most of it, but its the first time I've been disappointed by the dust collection on that router. I put a new sack in the CT 33 but was still surprised. That said - I guess I was removing a lot of material (yes I was in a hurry and did it in one pass) and imagine what it would have been like without dust extraction.
I've never even really tried dust collection bags on the tools.
