Unlocking and locking the far end of the guide rail for stocks of different thicknesses is a pain.  The cam lock is almost out reach and under the end of the guide.  Of course, I can always walk around to the other side of the table to operate the cam lock, but at my age, I don't need the exercise.

To make the cam lock easier to operate, I made a handle which attaches to the cam lock.

The cam is locked in the photo above; the photo below shows the cam unlocked.

The handle is attached to a small box which encloses the cam handle snugly.

The handle makes the cam lock more accessible and easier to operate.  If it's still too far to reach, the handle can be "bent" to bring its end closer.

Definitely like that idea... you also have a nice TS-55 garage at the end of the rail; I hadn't seen any garages before a posting a week ago and now I have two ideas to ponder.  Any chance of some pictures of that garage, too?  Nevermind! Saw you added those pics to the other garage thread :)

Hello.  I just ran across your TS jig for the MFT/3.  Do you have any plans or dimensions for making this that you can share? Thanks.
