having trouble with edge banding 3/4 ply cut at 45 degrees. i set the conturo at 45 in the table but when set at 45 and adjusted for 3/4 edge band there is not enough from for the plywood to pass through between the table and the conturo.. what am in doing wrong here..

It sounds like you are trying to use the same height of edgebanding for a 90 and 45 degree application.
Once cut on an angle, the height of the banding will need to increase to meet the new hypotenuse length.
Is this the problem, or did I misinterpret what you are saying?

both are correct... i was trying to use the 3/4 edge band on my 45 degree because i'm cutting the long point back 1/4 to 90 degree so i don't need the entire hypotenuse covered in edge band. plus i don't have 1 1/4 edge band.. the solution was to do the entire 1 1/4 edge band which is the smallest setting you can do 30mm for the 3/4 set on a 45 and then cut the square edge and the edge after. then edge band square section.... [eek]
