I finally got around to cutting an acrylic base for my routers. I've had the main plate for a while, using it to span the gap for larger pockets or grooves. I'm going to need to do some edge grooving tomorrow, so I stayed a little late and cut the slots. It's not exactly to the specs of the Festool version, but works with the piece that I already had cut. I just used the on-board tools and a 1/4" O-flute bit.
I pulled a piece of Oak from the scrap under my bench, for the support rails.
Right now it fits the ring mount for the OF1400, but I may add a few other patterns for other routers, especially the OF1010.
