Hello, I'm having a problem with my Festool CTM vacuum cleaner. The electronic board has burned out. One component is fried... would anyone have a little time to help me repair it? Is it just the green component, or could there be something else? Thank you. I'm from France!

PS: If I can't fix it, do you have a link to buy the card?

I can't tell what the rating is but that's a small power resistor.

You could replace it but if that blew so badly, that indicates a more serious issue upcircuit more than likely.

If that's for the whole controller I'd consider that pretty good value!

If you buy it and you have a multi-meter you could check how many ohms that resistor is, and replace it to see if you can get that fried board going as a spare.

I would not bother playing with the damaged board. As was said above, the resistor is probably only one of several fried components. De-potting the resistor without damaging the board is not easy.
