Epoxy table qhen do you cut

So i am going to start my first full festool build. Im very excited and building a bookcase for my son.  I am going to coat it with this stuffhttps://www.stonecoatcountertops.com/stone-coat-product
But i was wondering the process. Epoxy first then cut 45s then dominos  or cut 45s  tape up edges  then do dominoes.  Any input is appreciated. Company said try a way  a couple of different ways lol. Ill try both but just curious.
