I believe that is the one I have, it was the one they originally released int he US several years ago. I've never had a problem with it and frankly, i am not sure what is different than the ETS 150/3. Maybe some other expert can chime in, but if you got it for that good of a price i am not sure what paying twice will get you in performance other than the fact you had to pay twice for it.
