Getting ready to buy a HVLP and some finish for an upcoming bookcase project.  I'll need to order the materials (most likely Target EM6500), and I'm not sure what the coverage is when sprayed via HVLP.

Can anyone give any guidelines on this?

Thanks!

Kodi:
A gallon of EM6500 will cover approx. 350 sq. Ft at 2mil. One sheet of 4' x 8' is 32sq feet.
With a 4 stage Fuji I really find it difficult to get less than 3 mils per coat unthinded, but that's my problem.
So lets say you thin a bit (10%) and spray 2 coats at 2-3 mil (a primer and a final) we can estimate that you can safely coat one side of 5-6 sheets of 4'x 8' panels.

Recommend you PM Scott B. (member here) for some good fill-in on the HVLP option.
