ETS 125 EQ Power switch sticky

So my wife was using the sander today and said she was having trouble turning it off.  Sure enough I disconnected the power cord and cycled the switch a dozen times on and off and every other time or so it would stick on and require an unusual amount of force to turn it off. Has anyone else had this or a similar issue?  I think I will be taking it back to our place of purchase this week.

Yes the same thing happened to me about 4 years ago. Sometimes difficult to turn off, sometimes easy. This has been a hit or miss operation for the last several years. I should have sent mine in for service but because it wasn't consistent, I never knew if it was just me or the machine. Have been using it continually for the last several weeks and everything was fine, but just today it literally took me 2 thumbs to turn the thing off.
Get yours serviced...I wish I had.

I have one and a guy i know does also, both switches are sticky.

Mine sticks when I try to turn it on, never a problem turning it off. I'm always different.  [blink]
