In excellent used condition.  Last year I had the ball bearings and brushes replaced by Festool (I have the paperwork) and I just put a new hard pad on it last month.  Comes with approximately 25 Mirka Abranet discs, 180 grit.  Plug it cord is included I just don't keep it in the systainer.  Asking $260.
