ETS EC150/5 LED Not working

I just noticed after a couple months of operation that my LED light on the ETS has never lit up.  I've never seen it light up.  Have had it connected to a CT-26 the whole time.  Shouldn't it glow green when the sander is operating, and flash if the dust hose is removed while operating?  Am I doing something wrong or does the sander need servicing?  Thanks!

Check your manual, but I think that only comes on if you have the no start/without hose connected feature enabled .

If enabled, the sander won't start with out a hose connected.  I don't use that feature, so I may have it backwards.

Yes, I think you're right. The LED is only used when the feature to automatically stop when the hose detaches is enabled.=40

to enable it, check you're manual, there's some button holding sequence you'd have to go through
