European (Cup Style) Hinge Configurations

I'm starting to design some pull outs to organize our lower cabinets in the kitchen. The hinges that are there open such that the door protrudes into the opening of the cabinet box just a bit (about 8 mm / 5/16"). The door fully overlaps the side of the box when in is closed.

Are there hinges available that would position the door so that I could use the full width for the pull out? Obviously I could block out the slides on the hinge side to get clearance, but I'd rather not.

Salice and Blum both have online catalogs you can check out. 

I'm thinking that you the with full over-lay doors that the hinge must move the door inboard so as to stay clear of any doors/drawers t that could be next to them in the cabinet.  The doors must stay in the same space open as they do closed or else they would interfere with adjacent doors or drawers.  i.e.  You must be able to have all the drawers/drawers open at the same time.  If one interfered with another damage would result.

Search Zero protrusion hinges. Blum Salice etc. make versions. Just make sure not to position the hinge in front of the drawer, keep it on top or below the drawer.

Thank you! Just the choice of Blum mounting plates is a bit intimidating - and puzzling, e.g., how does a 0 mm high plate work? I assume this is one of the things that just makes sense when you "speak the language" but just looking at it it I wish they would let me in on the secret...

The 0mm high plate is the standard plate or the plate all the hinges are designed for based on the offset Blum publishes in their technical specs for the cup offset based on door thickness.

I would be inclined to just make the pullout side height and position within the cabinet miss the hinges. I am thinking that the normal location of hinges wold work out OK. You wouldn't have to worry about items on the pullout hitting due to the thickness of the pullout sides. As long as the pullouts themselves miss you are probably good to go.
