Excessive Brush sparks on motor.

I have a Bosch Mitre Saw, only a couple of years old.

The Brushes  are louder than I'd say is normal and they spark excessively.

I have try changing them for new brushes, but the originals aren't worn that much.

I have blown out the dust and cleaned what I can.

Does anyone had an experience like this and found a solution?

Take a look at the commutator and see if there is any debris or damage. That might be causing the noise.

Make sure the brushes aren't sticking to the sides of the holder.
