Extractor hose adaptors

Hi, so I have some kit that is not Festool ( I know..!) That I need to attach teh vacuum hose to. I looked online and found what I thought was the correct thing, but they dont fit, see pictures.

Anyone know what I need and where to buy? One is a Makita bench planer, I think the exit on the chip extractor is 75mm? The other is a UJK router fence, 63mm I think.

I brought 2 adapters from Charnwood, but they dont fit the hose or the tools.....so I dont want to waste any more money buying stuff online that I am not sure will work....

I use tape to hold this sort of thing together.  Not pretty, but it works.  I also have a 3D printer and make my own adapters if i need something more permanent.

FYI, you'll probably need a much bigger hose and vacuum on your bench planer!
