systainer is sold.  Still have the dust deputy.  Will take 35 bucks, free shipping to lower 48 states.  Retail is 50.  Will also include the systainer lid that the dd is attached to.

So really how did this unit work for you, did the compartment stay air tight and collection by pass the vac. bag?
 
Never did complete it, so didn't get a chance to even test it.  I bought a wcr soon after I started building this.  The workstatains suits my needs better than a cyclone so I never even built the inner box.  I just bought a replacement top for the systainer and am going to use it for something, the duty deputy is still for sale.
