Just wanted to post a thank you for the fantastic service response I received. My TS55 died three cuts into a kitchen Reno on Christmas Eve. Unfortunately I had to return it, nothing so simple as a bad cord or operator error. My dealer, Atlas  shipped it out, and it was repaired in less than 24hrs, shipped directly to me. (Unfortunately via UPS) Overall great service, and so far it works every time I pull the trigger.

Jeff, welcome to the forum. Sorry for the unfortunate issue with your TS saw, but I'm glad to read about another positive experience with our service team. They're the best!
