Fastcap "Best fence pro" vs Festool UG cart?

This may or may not apply to you, but the bed height of the Kapex on either a UG cart or an MFT/3 MINI/Kapex matches up with the MFT/3.  It's also the same height as a sys1.

That Dave Reinhold guy that used to do all of the Toolnut/Festool videos built a third option.  Check it out:

I just built a ~16 foot long miter saw station with storage underneath.  I started out with extrusions from Misumi Engineering for fences.  I considered the "Best Fence", but decided to go with something a bit cheaper.  But now, I'm rethinking things. The only reason I wanted the fence was to used stops for repeatable length cuts. With the new material stops from TSO, I think I might decide to convert the miter saw station and go fence-less.

I recently bought a Kapex 120 with the UG cart and extensions, I love the saw and the UG set up.
It is great for site work as it erects and takes down very quickly. I could also see that it would benefit somebody with a small workshop, as it can pack away quickly making room for other jobs and tools.
Before I bought mine, I thought it looked flimsy but, it isn’t at all.
I would, depending on somebody’s needs, thoroughly recommend the UG cart and extensions.

I'd like to see the 7-1/4 Milwaukee 18v saw paired with the UG stand.  That would be the ultimate fast and light setup for the small jobs that I tend to focus on.

For those sort of jobs, I use the Makita 36 volt brushless saw, and Makita stand with extending supports. Very easy to transport and quick to set up. I use a cordless extractor with it sometimes too.

Kapex and UG cart and extensions, is for our bigger jobs.
