Wow! I can't believe it.
I just discovered this today, an am I surprised!
Thank you Fine Woodworking, Thank you Matthew, and thank you to all the folks who checked out the thread.

I'll be sure to post my next project made with the jig.

Congratulations!  Excitement and creativity -- that's what we try to be all about here, and the contests are just one way to make it more fun.

You deserve the win.  And you should know, there was some very stiff competition, as we have numerous excellent jigs posted in this forum.

Definitely, post about the projects you make using the award-winning jig.

Got my DVD over the weekend, and it is a terrific resource!
I've been spending time looking up some old articles from the 70's, and there are some great ads from back then.

Makes me kind of wish it was 1977 :'(...I'd go back in a second.

Glad you received the DVD and that you are enjoying it.  It's always exciting to hear from the contest winners!

But I must comment on your wish to return to 1977.  Wouldn't that cause a space-time paradox?  If you returned, you would not have been able to win the DVD (DVDs and the FOG didn't even exist in 1977), and thus would not have had access to the item that made you wish to return.

Now, if you could go back to 1977 armed with knowledge about DVDs and the Internet...
