How does this fair up when used with the midi extractor. This is my next piece of kit. Im looking for really good extraction as working in peoples homes and the great british weather dont help.

I have the Kapex & midi connected via the 36mm hose and works great. Don't get me wrong there will be a little dust coming off but as I'm sure will be mentioned in future posts after mine, better dust control can be obtained with zero tolerance fences etc..... I would imagine festools bigger extractors would also give better results. More replays will follow, I'm sure

Really good. I have to kid myself some times and take the hose off... I currently use the midi with 27mm but will eventually get the 36mm hose.

The suction differences between all the CT-s are now basically non-existent.  So it really comes down to size, bag capacity, and transport if that is a consideration.

If i upgrade hose on my extractor then will i get better dust control with mu of2200 ts55 and trion jigsaw then?

Definitely for the OF2200 and TS55, the Trion not so much and would probably negatively change the handling of the jigsaw due to the larger diameter and weight of the hose.
