New 15V, 5.2 ah batteries are $55.  The 3.0ah batteries were discontinued a few years ago now.  Even if your batteries weren't used much they are probably at least a few years old, and they do lose some zip over time even if unused.  I'd say they probably aren't worth much, but what do I know.  You can put them in the classified section asking for offers, and see if there is any interest.  Good luck.
