Strange that these are not mentioned on the Festool websites in Europe under Novelties?
Here are some pictures of the important ones.

Well, the neuheiten page

Neuheiten page

shows a lot of things I've never seen before, probably due to their unavailability in the US.

I especially liked the look of the Akku-Trockenbauschrauber DWC 18-4500, which sort of looks like a Special Forces weapon for firing tiny rounds of depleted uranium, but which may be a drywall screw driver.

It is indeed a drywall screw gun and also a very good one [big grin]. Uses the 18V battery, uses cheapest nastiest screws you can chuck in it and works every time. I love mine

The DWC screw guns are already on the market since 2009 under the Protool brand name (part of TTS).
First as a 12V and a corded one both with 4000 rpm. Later came the 18V version in 2 speeds 2500-4500 rpm.
Festool only rebranded the 18V versions.

That's mine !!

I've got a 12V version and a mains version - both complete sets. Thinking of selling them both and just getting an 18V 4500.

... though I've never actually sold a Festool [embarassed]

The new hose connection system was also launched yesterday. It seems like the new type of hose connection found on the TSC55 will also be present on TS55/75 from now on.

Pictures are from the festool.com microsite:https://www.festool.com/Microsite/Pages/MUFFE.aspx

They also released a video of how to retrofit the new hose connection.

The Festool roadshow is demoing the diamond cutting systems DSC-AG125, DSC-AG125FH and DSC-AG230 which the catalog states are available summer 2016 in the UK. All are dust extracted angle grinders. The DSG-AG125 which is a diamond grinder for concrete floor preparation is listed in the catalog as unavailable In the UK but was also being demonstrated. They also have a bigger one called the renofix RG in 80, 130 and 150 sizes.

I've got mixed feelings about the renno grade units. I've only used the 125 Protools.

I've used £20 grinders and £100 grinders. Not much difference other than noise made. Lifespan always seems to depend on how much dust they suck inside. Perhaps good dust extraction will improve lifespan as it should keep the motor/bearings cleaner. A lot of sites in the UK no longer allow dry cutting because of the dust health concerns. Perhaps Festool are reacting to that.

Down here when cutting inside, dry cutting is often the only thing that's allowed. Check out Hilti's range of concrete cutters, when hooked up to dust extraction there's virtually no dust or mess left behind.

This is an odd wish, but I would like to see a battery powered Domino 500.

Most of the year I am in the great white north, but a few times a year I go to Italy. I have a small wood working shop at my wife's family home that we have been restoring for about 8 years. I have a few 220v power tools there but some tools are just too expensive to have on both continents. I know that it is a pain to travel with tools, but after a professional life that involved extensive travel, one airline allows me to bring 3x 32kg bags on each flight!

I'm pulling the trigger on the SYS-MFT-FX-Set 201311 as I've held off getting the one handed quick clamps and the low profile clamping elements  it's seems the whole Set MFT-FX is a great value, and around nice organised package..

If you haven't already purchased a bunch of stuff for the MFT/3 I think you're right.

I heard from from a pretty reliable source that a few lines of abrasives will be phased out, but I guess that hardly rates as news of upcoming products — well, maybe it could be, if there is going to be something really eventful happening in that product range.
