Can the 4Festool 205036 Bluetooth 18V Airstream 4.0Ah HighPower Compact Battery be used with the TSC 55 KEB? The description in says they are not compatible but the video shows a TSC 55??

I'm always leery of getting product data from retail websites.  The list of incompatible tools (CXS/TXS, ETSC, DTSC, RTSC) are all because the battery doesn't physically fit on those tools. 

There are special keyways on the batteries and the tools to prevent you from plugging an 18V battery into a 15V or 12V tool, or to prevent you from plugging the ERGO battery/adapter into a non-ERGO tool. If it fits, it should be compatible.

The High Power Compact 4.0 will fire up the TSC KEB & REB with only one battery, if you add a 2nd HPC 4.0 battery it will then spin both saws at the faster speed. In other words, swapping out 5.2 batteries for the 4.0 batteries produced NO noticeable difference in sound which equates to blade speed.

Thank you both for your responses.  I may pull the trigger on the new Energy Set then.  I only have the TSC 55 with one set of batteries. This may make getting the HKC 55 too.
