Sustainers for abrasives.

Soon 36 auto clean , planex

The Planex is marketed as a drywall sander but I've used mine to also sand 3/4" sub-flooring. Some 40-60-80 grit and walking along with it at hip level...so simple to use. I'd also try it for sanding decks...
