Just watched Scott Philips of the American Woodshop using a Festool Kapex, CXS, jigsaw, & sanders on a recent episode titled "Broken Arch Wall Cabinet". I may not know all of the Festool models but I certainly recognize the "Green" tools and was glad to see them used and hope to see more. Hope the link works, first time attaching.

That's great thanks for posting it Darcy. I really like Scott's show and his approach to woodworking . I like his even better then Norm ( I know that maybe blasphemy to some). But I picked up a lot of tips from scott

I especially like seeing Suzy more often.  She adds another dimension to the show and it's nice to see women more involved in this arena.

ive only ever seen norm. his stuff often looks well used. i wonder if its all his own? seen a bit festool on this old house like

Would have like to have seen Mr. Phillips use a Domino for a couple of those joints instead of Pocket screws.  I think it would have made the finished piece look a lot nicer.

Don't get me wrong, I like my pocket hole jig, and have used them for lots of things, and they work well.  But for a piece like that, the domino would have been a better choice.
