I've always found the US prices to be significantly less. I thought I heard a while back that Festool was going to improve their Canadian distribution. It's not clear to me why the prices should be more than 6% higher to cover duty costs which don't even apply to all items.
Apple sells all of its products for pretty much the same prices in the US and Canada. Festool should as well.
