Suggest you call Festool. They are very helpful.

Any modern (last 15 years) Festool Li-Ion Charger will do. *)
So from the used market:
TCL3
TCL6
From the new stuff:
TCL 6 for the reasonable priced once.
SCA 16 if you want "the fast one" (i.e. you plan to buy more Festool tools).
Personally, I would look for a second hand TCL 3 as it would be at a very good price and is absolutely adequate for your needs.
*) EDIT: Erm, excepting the special CXS/TSX small chargers which are 10.8V only and easy to distinguish.
