Festool cleaning set - brush heads snap off

Hello, bought a brand new Festool cleaning set. Put in the first brush head and the side clips snap off straight away. Anybody else had this problem?  It's the first vacuum accessory I've ever owned that lasted less than 5 secs of opening the box (regardless of brand Dyson, Sebo, Vax, Miele, Festool etc).

By the way, I should add... the clips broke when I inserted the brush head into the holder, I didn't actually get as far as using anything. Something must have not lined up correctly and the tolerance was too tight, plus a combination of brittle plastic - SNAP!!! It breaks.

I have exchanged my bushes many times, never had this happen.

I am sure if you call your dealer they will replace it.

Just make sure everything is properly aligned when you place them.
