Festool Connect 2015 in Providence, RI on March 19th

Door prize was a 18V battery. I don't have a tool to use it with except a syslite led. Not sure that one will charge it though, doubt it.

What was the "door prize" as you left? Had to leave early and woman at the door said they weren't ready to hand them out. Just curious. Great event today, thanks for all the hard work.

I can't answer your question, but I wanted to say [welcome] to the FOG! 

And I am EXTREMELY jealous that you could attend the event. Maybe some year...

Thanks Festool!!  Just got home from Providence.  Had a great time.  Well worth the trip.  Learned a few things and zeroed in on the purchase strategy for this year.  ;D 

It was interesting to note that at least 95% of the tools being used for the various non-Festool construction demonstrations in the main exhibit hall were Festool systems this year, e.g Kapex, CT's, MFT's CMS....  Gary Katz was really making them sing during his trim carpentry demonstrations.

Hope so! We never made it over to the DD Center for the event due to being schedually challenged...can't wait to see the presentations, as it was a great group of speakers.
