Festool connect tool delivery

I bought some tools at Festool Connect and they haven't arrived yet.
Anybody take delivery of get a shipping notification?

I was actually in a conversation about this earlier today. Our fulfillment team is working hard to get these out ASAP. It's taking a bit of time for a few reasons: (a.) these Festool Connect shipments are in addition to our usual shipments, (b.) we sold more recon tools at Connect than we anticipated, (c.) we've had a large increase in orders in the last week due to the new tool releases. Also, Monday is the very earliest that Connect orders could have shipped, so today is probably that earliest that they could arrive.

Many (most? maybe all?) Festool Connect orders have already shipped, but it took a few days. Thanks for your patience, and thanks for coming to Connect!

FWIW, three boxes appeared on my porch Wednesday and one came yesterday, but I'm right next door in Ohio.

So here I am still waiting. No calls, no delivery. I only bought both sys vacs. Shouldn't have been to difficult a ship or deliver. Longest wait ever and my project languishes in the shop
