Is anyone able to confirm this for me - I have made a big order of tools/accessories in UK/EU, in early January. Parts of it have arrived, but there are a few items that I am waiting for. The supplier that I purchased from said that Festool stopped shipping items in December because they had a large-scale software change. In early January they said the new system is getting up and running, but the supplier was not getting back any information on orders that they had placed with Festool. Last week, the supplier told me that the orders they'd placed had now been confirmed but that festool could not/had not confirmed a shipping date.
The supplier has a decent amount of money from me for the unshipped items, and I don't have the tools, and I cannot find any information about this situation elsewhere. I'd welcome any information people have that could corroborate this situation.
