Festool crocs -Shop appearance accessory

I bought crocs to protect my feet from rocky streambed fords whilst backpacking in the Tetons. Afterwards, I wore them in the shop at times, but left them on the sunny back step for a couple weeks, and found that they had shrunk way too much to jam my feet in anymore--I had to let my wife have them.

Crocs are also very popular in Hawai'i for walking on rough coral beaches and wading in shallow reefs.
However, since 1959 a provision of my corporate workers' comp insurance policy has mandated safety shoes in all areas of my factories/shops except the office. Ages ago I made a deal with Red Wing safety shoes for a corporate discount. All of my employees required to wear safety shoes receive a USA$125 coupon once a year for a new pair of Red Wing safety shoes. If they want more expensive safety shoes they pay the difference. Now that Red Wing makes service shoes for women that are sort of stylish, I provide the same coupons to my female employees who do not work in production. Red Wing has always made safety shoes for executive which look like ordinary shoes. The men working for me who are not in production wear those since they spend part of every day in the shops.
Unfortunately when I first drank the Festool Green Kool Aid, Red Wing has not taken seriously my request to make Festool Blue shoes with Festool Green laces. It turns out to be nearly impossible to dye black shoes Festool Blue. I have not found any Festool Green shoe laces.
