Festool Dealer That Allows Guide Rail Upgrade w/TS 55 Purchase

I keep reading in various forums that some Festool Dealers will allow you to pay the difference in guide rail costs to upgrade to a longer guide rail with the purchase of a track saw.  I'm looking to buy a TS 55 but would like to upgrade to 9ft guide rail. 

Does anyone know which dealers will allow you to upgrade the guide rail on the initial purchase?
