I'm still hoping someone will fancy the trip all expenses paid.

Any takers please? You don't want to see a grown man cry do you?

No, no .. pick me ... pick me [big grin] [wink]

Well I learnt something new today, Axminster actually still has a working railway station. Just booked my tickets so I leave Plymouth at 6:55 arrive at Axminster 09:05 and leave Axminster 18.03 and get home at 20:25. Longish day, but hey ho, needs must!

Phil, can you bring along the H.K85 with the grooving cutter please! If we have time could I see the OS-400 Set (specifically with the plunge base and depth stop) please?

Leave on a diesel and arrive on steam? That's a long way for a short trip, do they go via Bristol?! I'd have given you a lift Ed, wrong direction unfortunately, not going to the thing either like, but you know what I mean.

Actually that would be quite cool, but no diesels both ways, 125 from Plymouth and change at Exeter St. Davids and get a South West Trains (DMU I suspect) to Axminster, return journey the reverse. Taxis to the Skill Centre and back, all cool and probably less than I would have paid covering someone else's expenses.

When you know Phil, you might think he's from a different time zone. But you are correct, it is the 16th September.

Hi
Ok, the van is packed floor to roof with the kit for the Wednesday day in Devon!! Looking forward to meeting all who view the Festool Owners Group and of course those who do not for a good day of the Autumn launch machines [cool] and of course the rest of the line up  [wink]

With a lot of tears and after a lot of pleading i had to return the grooving block to my colleague. However, i can give as much information about it as possible...........i will say it is a great accessory for the H.K.85 [big grin]

Halfway there now, just changed trains at Exeter. Nice trip so far, weather is good too (not forecast).

Another great day with Phil, and great to see some of the new tools. My favourite without doubt is the H.K 85 and in a famous line from Independance Day (when once again the yanks won the war singlehandly) I gotta get me one of these!

Really enjoyed the day and on my way home with a few freebies including another Festool Micro Systainer and a Festool pencil too.

My next few purchases are now sorted with the H.K 85, then the Vecturo kit, then the grooving block for the H.K 85.

@peterparfitt Peter, you want to get hold of an H.K 85 and the grooving block and do a review of that. This could be another game changer!!!
