Festool demonstration day H.K.55, H.K.85, ETS EC 125 and Duo - Devon area

Another great day with Phil, and great to see some of the new tools. My favourite without doubt is the H.K 85 and in a famous line from Independance Day (when once again the yanks won the war singlehandly) I gotta get me one of these!

Really enjoyed the day and on my way home with a few freebies including another Festool Micro Systainer and a Festool pencil too.

My next few purchases are now sorted with the H.K 85, then the Vecturo kit, then the grooving block for the H.K 85.

@peterparfitt Peter, you want to get hold of an H.K 85 and the grooving block and do a review of that. This could be another game changer!!!

Hi Ed and other FOGgers who attended
Thanks for attending and it was cool to put names to faces. The new saws are a real 'game changer' and a great addition to the overall range.
Hopefully through 2016 this type of event can be developed to be a regular again through the year.
For anyone who is thinking of attending one - I am trying to finalise a date for Sittingbourne before the end of the year and will post the date once sorted [smile]

Ed - Hope the knee behaves and also for the travelling [wink]

Hi Phil, thanks for another great day, I believe everybody enjoyed it, sorry you lost your business cards, hopefully whoever took them realises and posts them back to you.

Knee held up really well until about the last 1/2 hour on the train (about 8pm) it began to become more than a little uncomfortable, but it was worth it, although once again I doubt my wife will agree, especially when the new systainers start arriving.

(Cough, cough) anything north of Watford Gap Phil for the future, like Scootland? :)

+1 big thanks to Phil for an excellent day; most informative.

I'll certainly try and make it next year, assuming you run another one then.

Hi
This is something that I would hope will happen and I have asked about this so I will post back later in the year as to the potential.
