Does this qualify as advertising?

Since logging on to the forum this afternoon, this is the second time i've seen this dealer advertised.

It's mildly annoying.

If I still lived in the UK this dealer would be added to my list of companies never to do business with. But i'm just against having someone's business marketing shoved into my face.

Quite frankly I don't like the idea of discounting Festool because, if I want to sell one of my tools in order to upgrade the value could be diminished. Matthew, if you are happy with this then it's OK with me but my inclination is to reprimand the poster.

We would like to apologise for the overexuberance of the people here, they was excited regarding the new site and did not mean this to be used as advertising and were not completely in line with the forum rules?
